工程機(jī)械平時(shí)保養(yǎng)常識(shí)

維修保養(yǎng)是恢復(fù)工程機(jī)械性能，延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命的有效手段。對(duì)機(jī)械定期進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)能夠使機(jī)械經(jīng)常處于完好狀態(tài),隨時(shí)可以啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)或出車,不致因中途損壞而停機(jī)，在使用過程中不致因機(jī)件事故而影響安全或行駛，因此一定要對(duì)機(jī)械定期進(jìn)行檢查保養(yǎng)。

1、目視檢查：起動(dòng)機(jī)車前應(yīng)進(jìn)行目視檢查。檢查是否有機(jī)油、燃油和冷卻液泄漏，是否有松動(dòng)的螺栓和螺母，電氣線路中是否有電線斷裂、短路和電瓶接頭松動(dòng)，是否有油污，是否有民物積聚。
Visual inspection: Before starter car should be visually inspected. Check for oil, fuel and coolant leaks, if there are loose bolts and nuts, electrical lines if there is wire breakage, short circuit and battery connector is loose, if there is oil, whether China buildup.
2、起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)后檢查鳴笛與所有的儀表是否完好，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)狀態(tài)、噪聲與尾氣顏色及是否有機(jī)油、燃油和冷卻液泄漏。

3、機(jī)油在柴油機(jī)的使用中是必不可少的，主要起潤(rùn)滑、冷卻、清潔等作用。因此，要注意檢查潤(rùn)滑油的油量并按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)添加。
