濟南裝載機安裝時應如何防止油液的污染？

濟南裝載機日常作業都需要油的潤滑，那么裝載機在安裝時應該如何防治油液的污染，現在由永保機械的有關專家給大家介紹一下。
1、濟南裝載機液壓泵的吸油口應安裝粗濾器，且吸油口處應距油箱底部一定距離；

5、定期檢查液壓油，一旦發現油液變質、泡沫多、沉淀物多、油水分離等現象后應立即清洗系統并換油。新油加入小型裝載機的油箱前應經過靜置沉淀，過濾后方可加入，必要時可設中間油箱以進行新油的沉淀和過濾，確保油液的清潔。
